TrainingAll new employees go through an orientation on Company policy, procedures and all materials and equipment used in our business. All information regarding the position is provided prior to the start of training.
New employees go through a period of direct supervised training while all personnel are continually trained and updated on new operational techniques, new products, use and care of equipment, safety, and many other relevant topics as they arise. Supervisors take regularly scheduled refresher courses.
Our methods of using standardized processes ensures continuity in the quality of service we provide our customers and the comfort and flexibility to move people from one project to another if necessary. We continually reassess each of our customers evolving needs to ensure our programs and our people are properly trained.
